Acceptance of orders
A quote becomes an order once you confirm in writing and pay the deposit listed on the invoice. Until then, pricing and timeline can change — we'll always notify you before any change takes effect.
Artwork and approvals
You're responsible for the artwork you supply. We'll flag obvious issues (low-res files, off-brand color, structural conflicts) and offer corrections, but final sign-off is yours. After you approve a 3D mockup or pre-production sample, we go to press.
You retain ownership of your artwork and trademarks. We retain the right to use anonymised photos of finished work in case studies and marketing — let us know in writing if you'd like to opt out.
Production tolerances
- Dimensions: ±1.5 mm on flat work, ±2 mm on assembled.
- Color: Pantone match to within ΔE 3.0 on coated stock; CMYK to standard offset tolerances.
- Quantity: ±5% of ordered run is industry-standard and counts as fulfilment.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for consequential losses (lost sales, missed launches) caused by carrier delays or events outside our control. Where we cause a defect, we will reprint, refund, or credit the affected portion at our discretion.
Disputes
Any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and resolved by good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, by binding arbitration in Pinellas County, FL. EU customers retain the right to consumer protections in their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers in writing. Continued ordering after a change implies acceptance.
