Defects we cover
- Print errors, off-color runs, registration issues outside production tolerance.
- Structural defects (boxes that don't lock, tear, or sit flat).
- Damage caused in transit on shipments we arranged.
- Quantity short of −5% of the ordered run.
What we won't refund
- Approved artwork errors (typos, wrong colors). We'll always offer a discounted reprint.
- Subjective preference changes after the pre-production sample is signed off.
- Damage caused by misuse, packing errors, or unrelated carrier handling for shipments you arranged.
How to file a claim
Email support@centpackaging.com within 14 business days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the affected boxes (in the original shipping carton if possible), and a brief description. We'll review within two business days and propose a remedy:
- Reprint of the affected portion at no cost.
- Refund or credit equal to the affected portion's value.
- Partial credit + reprint, when only some units are affected.
Reprints
When we reprint, we ship via the fastest reasonable method (typically 2–3 day express) at our cost. We'll ship a small quantity within 48 hours where launch dates are at risk and complete the run in standard turnaround.
