- Standard production: 7–10 business days after artwork approval.
- Rush production: 5 business days, +20% rush fee.
- Ground shipping (US): 2–5 business days from dispatch.
- International: 5–10 business days, customs clearance included.

Free shipping eligibility
Standard ground shipping is free to addresses in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia for orders above $500. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at cost on the quote. Express and international shipping are always quoted before order confirmation.
Customs and duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility unless quoted as DDP (delivered duty paid). We use commercial invoices that match your purchase order and do not under-declare values.
Damaged or lost shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents immediately and email us within 5 business days. We file the carrier claim on your behalf and ship a replacement at our cost while the claim is processed.
