What we collect
When you request a quote, contact us, or order samples, we collect:
- Your name, business email, and phone number.
- Your company, role, and the project details you share.
- Shipping address and order history once you place an order.
We use cookies for basic site analytics (page views, navigation paths) and to keep you signed in if you have an account. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To prepare and send quotes, dielines, and mockups you've requested.
- To fulfil orders, ship samples, and provide support.
- To send transactional emails about your project (status, shipping, invoices).
We don't sell your data. We don't add you to a marketing list without an explicit opt-in. We don't send promotional emails outside the scope of your active project.
Who has access
Internally, only the specialists assigned to your project and our finance team for invoicing. Externally, we share information with:
- Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) — to deliver your order.
- Payment processors (Stripe, Wise) — to collect payment.
- Production partners — only the specs needed to produce your run.
Your rights
You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@centpackaging.com. We respond within 30 days. EU and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively — those rights are honoured globally.
Retention
Project files (dielines, artwork, specs) are kept for five years after your last order so reorders can ship quickly. Financial records are kept for the period required by US, EU, and UAE accounting regulations. Marketing-relevant data is deleted on request or after 24 months of no activity, whichever is sooner.
